안녕하세요 한양대학교 국제입학팀입니다.

 

D-2 비자 연장에 필요한 지도교수확인서 제출 방법 변경에 대해 아래와 같이 부띠끄 토토드립니다.

(적용일: 2024.09.10 이후 부터)

 

[아래]

 

1. 국제입학팀에당일 14:00까지 제출한 서류를 취합하여 유학생 담당자 확인 후당일 16:00까지 전달 예정 (학생이 국제입학팀 사무실을 재방문하여 수령)

 

2. 국제입학팀에당일 14:00 이후 제출서류는 유학생 담당자 확인 후다음 근무일 16:00에 전달 예정 (학생이 국제입학팀 사무실을 재방문하여 수령)

 

※ 출입국 사무소 방문 예약을 반드시 사전신청하고, 출입국 사무소 방문 최소 3일 전 국제입학팀으로 방문 필요

 

위 부띠끄 토토 사항을 반드시 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[Submission and Processing Schedule]

 

1. Documents submitted to the OIAby 14:00will be reviewed by the OIA administration and will be ready for pick-upby 16:00 on the same day.
(Students must revisit the OIA office to collect the documents.)

 

2. Documents submittedafter 14:00will be reviewed by the OIA administration and will be ready for pick-upby 16:00 on the following business day.
(Students must revisit the OIA to collect the documents.)

 

※ Please ensure tobook an appointment with the Immigration Office in advance, and visit the OIAat least 3 days beforeyour scheduled appointment.

现就 D-2 签证延期所需的“指导教授确认书”提交方式变更通知如下：
（适用日期：2024年9月10日以后）

 

[具体内容如下]

 

1.当日14:00前向国际入学处提交的材料，将由相关负责人确认后，于当日16:00后统一发放领取。（学生需再次到国际处办公室领取）

 

2.当日14:00后向国际入学处提交的材料，将由相关负责人确认后，于下一个工作日16:00后统一发放领取。（学生需再次到国际处办公室领取）

 

※ 请务必提前预约出入境事务所的访问，并至少在访问前3天到国际入学处办理相关手续。

 

请务必遵守上述说明。
